This contract is made between Pirate's Beach Club, located at (hereinafter referred to as Pirate's Beach Club), and the customer/user and agency who makes a reservation using the system, enters and confirms all personal information, and accepts the following terms in advance. The customer's name and computer IP address are known on the reservation form.
1. The Customer/User - Agency agrees to abide by the rules and conditions specified below by accessing and using the site. Pirate's Beach Club reserves the right to change the rules and conditions without any notification or acceptance of responsibility.
2. Hotel nightly rates and other extras in the system are in TL (Turkish Lira).
3. Online reservations are for a maximum of 21 nights and can be made 100% guaranteed by credit card or optionally via Bank Transfer/EFT. A maximum of two separate reservations can be made with the same credit card on the same day. For security reasons, the 3-digit security code (CCV) of the credit card will be required during the reservation. The security code is the last three digits found on the back of the credit card, after the credit card number in the signature panel.
4. It is not possible to change reservations or hotels made online. For this, the customer must contact the Support Line. To make changes to hotel reservations or other options, the original transaction must first be canceled online, and then a new transaction must be made. Reservations made by the agency can only be canceled by the agency. In online reservations and cancellations, a confirmation email is sent to the customer by Pirate's Beach Club.
5. For online reservations, confirmation and invoice delivery by Pirate's Beach Club is done as follows:
a) Instant Reservation Confirmation and Payment Receipt:
The reservation confirmation and payment receipt can be printed by the customer at the final stage of the system and will also be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Original documents and the invoice can be mailed to the address provided by the customer.
b) If the reservation is made by Pirate's Beach Club Member Agencies, the provisions stated in item a) are also valid. The reservation confirmation and payment receipt will be provided by the agency to the customer. The invoice will be sent to the customer address later by Pirate's Beach Club.
6. When the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by the customer/user with a credit card, the Payment Receipt and Voucher are provided instantly. Reservations made optionally by bank transfer must be paid into the Pirate's Beach Club bank account by the reserving party within 3 days at the latest. Otherwise, Pirate's Beach Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notification.
7. Online reservations can be canceled by the customer using the Pirate's Beach Club system or by phone. The cancellation process will be subject to the following periods, amounts, and rules. This cancellation fee can be up to 100% of the reservation amount. The cancellation process can only be carried out with the unique reservation/voucher number and personal information provided to the customer at the reservation stage. This number is assigned exclusively to the customer by the system and is provided only for customer security. Since the reservation cancellation can be done by entering this number into the system, the confidentiality and safekeeping of this number is the customer's responsibility. Reservations made by the agency can only be canceled by the agency.
CANCELLATION PERIOD AND DEDUCTION AMOUNTS:
In case of cancellations that were made 15 before check-in date, full amount of the payment is refunded unconditionally,
In case of cancellations that were made 14-7 before check-in date, %10 penalty is applied,
In case of cancellations that were made 6-3 before check-in date, %25 penalty is applied,
In case of cancellations that were made 2-1 before check-in date, %50 penalty is applied,
In case of cancellations that were made on arrival date, %100 penalty is applied.
8. Pirate's Beach Club is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to incorrect address or recipient details or because the specified person is not at the specified address at the time of delivery. Guests must make reservations in the currency determined by the hotel for the country they reside in. If guests make reservations in a currency other than the one applicable to them, they are obliged to pay the price difference determined by the hotel at check-in. The hotel is not responsible for any damages that may occur.
9. Pirate's Beach Club may partially/completely change or cancel the reservation before or during the service due to reasons not caused by the consumer. The consumer can accept these changes or accept an alternative service offered by Pirate's Beach Club. If the consumer does not accept the changes, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a refund of the amount paid under the contract. Despite all due diligence, Pirate's Beach Club may cancel or postpone the reservation due to adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, fog, the possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues, and similar force majeure reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the service.
10. For payments made online, refunds are made to the credit card used for the reservation or to a bank account specified by the customer.
11. Only Visa and Master Card are accepted for online reservations.
12. Pirate's Beach Club makes no warranty or representation regarding the completeness and accuracy of the information available on the website and does not commit to updating this information.
PIRATE'S BEACH CLUB MATERIALS AND INFORMATION FOUND ON THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIRATE'S BEACH CLUB DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE OR RELATED TO IT.
Pirate's Beach Club is not responsible for any interruption, error, omission, deletion, loss, delay in operation or communication, computer virus, communication failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration, or use of records resulting from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other causes.
13. The hotel is not responsible in any way for transfers that cannot be made due to the failure to provide or provide incomplete airport/bus station transfer details.
14. This contract consists of 14 articles, and general rules and conditions and any disputes that may arise are subject to Turkish law, with Antalya courts having exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes.
